Getting started is simple. Get in touch by email or phone, and Breda will be in touch to arrange your first session.
You don't need a referral - make contact
Whether you have a specific issue you'd like help with, or you're simply curious about whether Amatsu might suit you, you're very welcome to get in touch. There's no obligation, and if Amatsu isn't the right fit for you, Breda will always say so honestly.
Just send a short email outlining what's been going on, and Breda will come back to you with all the information you need to get started.

Breda will respond by email, answer any questions, and help you arrange a convenient appointment time.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive a link to complete your Health Questionnaire ahead of your first visit.
Good to know before you book

What to wear
Comfortable, loose clothing is best - tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt are ideal. Treatment is carried out fully clothed.

How long is a session?
Each session lasts approximately 50 - 60 minutes.

How much does it cost?
€80 per treatment. €65 for children. Covered by most major health insurers, including VHI, Laya, Aviva and St. Paul's Garda.

Cancellation policy
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, by phone, text or email. Late cancellations will be charged in full.
